Asthma from what!?

Yeah, apparently asthma is also linked to anorexia. (and not just allergies.) Who knew? I'm not anorexic, but I often forget to eat a lot. I don't get "hungry". My dietician doesn't know what to do with me, and we kinda gave up going. I'm eating better, I swear. Today I forgot to eat, though, and I had a 2 hour long asthma spell at work. (That's the third one I've had, and I don't even have asthma!) I ate at break, and I could breathe again as soon as the food hit my stomach and started digesting. Lol.

Skinny people can get diabetes too. Fatten yourself up on good fats, not bad fats like potato chips.
